Pork
Recipe not copied from
Food
Network or Harold Ford
No truth to claim of stolen recipe
Memphis
,
TN
–
April 3, 2006
- In the race for the 9th Congressional District, candidate Tom Guleff
declares, “There should be no controversy to my Pork Recipe. Though my recipe
looks identical to Harold Ford Jr.’s, there's nothing wrong with that since
Harold agrees with me that all bills should be posted on the internet 72 hours
before a vote.”
Most family recipes are guarded secrets passed down from generation to
generation. Some families give the recipe to the oldest child, and they are
sworn to secrecy. Families have had intern
al
feuds that lasted for years when the recipe got into the wrong hands. Today,
cable television presents family recipes for
al
l to see and “I’m a believer that this recipe should be in the people’s
hands,” says Tom.
“We need the best ideas to solve the mess in
Washington
DC
and in
Memphis
. I don't care if these ideas come from Democrats, Republicans, or Independents.
When the focus is on solving problems, it doesn't matter where the solutions
come from. That's been a huge problem in the past with government, no one is
willing to work across party lines,” states Tom
Guleff
.
In support of a series of Anti-Corruption Measures, Tom
Guleff
believes that every bill before Congression
al
vote should be posted on the internet for 72-hours for the American public to
view. Let Americans see the fat in
some of these recipes. “I think we will be shocked at the lard that is
contained in some of these bills,” says Tom
Guleff
. It’s got to stop and internet
viewing is one way of doing it.
As a running
candidate, Tom Guleff has come out hard against the status quo. For more about
